A German bank for you

The easiest way to equity financing and property expansion is by the purchase of a bank in Germany. This bank needs to have a so-called “Vollbanklizenz” (full banking licence) enabling it to receive customers’ monies. By doing so, you can finance your own projects for currently 1.50% annual interest. Because of German regulations, loans up to EUR 5,000,000 are accessible very easily. However, basically any loan amount is licensable.

But how do you purchase a German bank? Such an institute is rarely for sale. It is easier to set up a new one which will take approximately one year. All the required paperwork, office premises, IT systems and suitable management staff with respective licence will be supplied by us.

Due to German capital requirements an expenditure of at least EUR 10,000,000 can is required which will be part of the bank’s assets; this expenditure can usually be refinanced by the bank itself after its registration, but will have to be available as liquid assets during the foundation process.
